Head of Email
Mineral is looking for a world-class Head of Email to join our team and lead email marketing strategy for our clients: direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands from $3M to $100M+. Please note: To be considered for this position, you must have experience working at a marketing agency for 3+ years.

The Opportunity
The mission of the Head of Email is to lead our team of email marketing Account Managers in our goal to continuously innovate our strategy and methodology around retention marketing and ensure our work always delivers top-of-the-line results and an exceptional client experience.
You’ll be responsible for improving and systemizing our approach to flow and campaign strategy, targeting, lifecycle marketing, and our AB testing within the team. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager, Creative Director and Account Managers directly to continuously improve the strategic direction and quality of our creative work to optimize for conversions and customer delight.
You would be joining a global team that is 100% location-independent and exclusively uses remote collaboration. As a self-motivated and responsible individual, you will have the freedom to work from any location.
